CHIP GERMANY was founded in 2012 by Shahin Ostad-Haji and Daniel Erbe. These two visionary minds are no strangers to each other. They have known each other since their youth and have built a strong friendship that has developed into a successful business partnership. This bond and their deep understanding of each other is at the heart of our company.

Shahin and Daniel complement each other perfectly in personality and skills. They fit together seamlessly like pieces of a puzzle, creating a team that works together strongly and harmoniously. They compensate for each other’s weaknesses and strengthen each other’s strengths, which has proven to be a crucial success factor for our company.

In recent years, we have seen a change not only in the field of electronics, but also in terms of our team. In the beginning, it was just the two founders who drove the vision of CHIP GERMANY. But with determination, hard work and a clear focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we were able to grow continuously.

 

Today, we are proud to employ nearly 50 people worldwide, hailing from more than 25 different nations. Our employees bring a wide range of experiences, cultures and perspectives, which enriches our team dynamics and strengthens our global presence.
